Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands

Unfortunately, our courier (DPD) does not class certain areas of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands as mainland UK; they do not qualify for the free UK mainland delivery offer where stated on the main site.

Scottish Highlands postcodes excluded from free mainland offers include FK17–99, IV1–28, IV33–39, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–33, PA34–40, PH18–26, PH30, PH31–41, PH49–50 and all IV postcodes (as published by the carrier).

Scottish Islands examples: HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3.

Due to Brexit, the cost of returns from Europe is met solely by the customer.

Refunds & returns

Quality is a priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue, please contact us or use any returns process we provide on the main website.

  1. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may be able to return it in original packaging within 14 days; refunds may be processed minus delivery cost. Returns without fault may be at your own cost.
  2. If there is a fault with the product, contact us for return instructions; where applicable a full refund may be issued.

When returning items, they remain your responsibility until we receive them. Use a tracked service and pack items securely. Items that are damaged, used or washed may not qualify for a refund.

If you return an item due to a manufacturing fault, we may cover return costs where applicable; otherwise you may be liable for return postage.

We are not liable for delays in delivery or for damage or defects caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including transport delays, strikes or severe weather). We will endeavour to keep you informed where delays occur.
